Running Form Saturday's are a FREE clinic open to anyone that is interested in exploring better running form. We will talk about footwear, form, cadence, lean and posture. This clinic is about 60 minutes in length. The clinic will be capped at 10 participants per session.

What you get:
Each session will work on your individual form to help prevent injuries and make running a life long activity. Many people have jumped into minimalist running footwear movement without changing their running style or form and not truly understanding what they need to do to make this move successful. Even if you aren't planning on making any footwear changes this clinic will help to teach you a few basis principals that will help your running enjoyment over time.
What you need:
- Good training shoes and if you have a minimalist pair this is the time! (we can help here!)
- Desire to learn something new and be open minded and patient. This will take time!
